Nest learning thermostat WiFi connection issue

I've had Nest for 7 years going on 8... I have 3 protects, doorbell and thermostat learning... It's wired correctly, it's working with a 2 stage AC and 2 stage Furnace.  All of a sudden out of the blue the WiFi stopped connecting.  Very annoying.  I have charged the device even though I have a common wire and it doesn't need to be charged, I have reset it and factory reset it.  Who can fix this issue?

Here is what I had to do... 

Factory reset nest thermostat

Manually enter wireless information

Reset modem for internet carrier

Reboot router for home internet

Checked all my Google account connections from my Google assistance, Google home, Google hubs, Google speak, and discovered some one hacked my Google duo account.  Deleted the Google duo account from all devices.  Over night everything works as it did before.  Not sure how Google duo hacked account plays into my nest device but no problems since I checked and reset everything.
