I recently had a power outage of 4 hrs. I used to open my app with Face ID and have forgotten my password. I have tried re-installing the app.My thermostat is still working says network and app connected. If I try to use forgot password on nest account no email comes to my account. If I try to use my Google account it wants me to fully reset the profile and I am concerned I will wipe all data from the thermostat. It heats the house for two elderly vulnerable relatives so I need to take care. Thank you for any help.
