Nest learning thermostat doesn't connect to wifi

My Nest learning thermostat no longer connects to wifi. I have restarted the thermostat as well as the router. I also have reset the thermostat. When searching for a router, it did not detect any. All other devices are working properly. Today, I had an HVAC tech come and check the thermostat. The problem is unresolved.

I’m having the same problem.

my connection was fine the first month, and now, no matter what i do, won’t connect.

Mine was great for 1 1/12 yr …. Will no longer connect to wifi. ???? So frustrated. Tried everything several times.

would it help to get out of original Nest app (blue house - I have latest version) and instead use Google Nest.  Which requires os15.0.2?  So disgusted

Same on my side !! It appears 3 weeks ago, no way to connect it to the WiFi network. It doesn't see any SSID.

My Wifi Router is functional (several devices already connected. The SSID appears correctly if I launch a search from my mobile or my MAC).

- I restarted my router: the NEST still does not see any network.
- I reset the network settings of the NEST: it still does not see any network.
- I reset the Thermostat back to Factory settings : the NEST still does not see any network.

Software version : 5.9.4-5

So I can no longer use of configure my Thermostat from the App!

I have the impression that this is a recurring problem

No nothing works properly. Your support told me the Wireless compenent is damaged and that they cannot do anything because the thermostat is out of warranty (2 years and half).
So stop sending emails please.

I bought 3 Nest Learning Thermostats on 9/11/21 and they all worked fine for two months or so, but now one of them will not connect to the internet.  I have rebooted, reset to factory settings, taken it off and put it back on, it just won't find any wifi and typing it in manually doesn't work.

Installed 2 Nest thermostats on Friday. One upstairs works perfectly, one downstairs will not connect to wireless.

After trying everything and going through it with customer service, they’re sending me a replacement head.  Hope yours starts working soon!
