The E72 error means the system is not getting any power to operate.

You need to check the breaker(s) to the unit and verify they are not off.

Check the drain and make sure it isn't blocked causing the safety switch to turn the unit off

Check that the fuse on the control board hasn't blown

Check the filter and make sure it isn't clogged

Make sure the covers on the unit are properly closed
