If my gen 4 base plate is damaged how can I get this repaired or replaced?

Thanks for posting in the community forum. I understand that the base plate of your Nest Learning Thermostat 4th generation is damaged, and you're now looking to see if it can be replaced or repaired. No worries, I'd be more than glad to assist you. To help with that, I have a few questions:

  • Was the base plate damaged during the installation, or did it get damaged some other way?
