Nest learning thermostat not detecting the wifi

My thermostat cannot detect and does not show the name of any network I have three other thermostats and they all work fine except this one. I have tried everything, reset, restart, factory default and follow the instruction. The thermostat was working fine before and then it started having problems after a software update. The software version (after factory reset) is 6.2 - 27. The issue is even list of wifi networks that are available do not show up. I even tried turning on my hotspot and nothing. Need your help to get this back working again.

1. Press the thermostat ring to open the Quick View menu.
2. Select Settings.
3. Turn the ring until Network appears.

2. Select an appropriate product or category, type a brief description of the issue, then click Next.
3. Click Other, then click Next step.

As it mentions in the article, the best thing to do is have your thermostat’s serial number ready to give to the support agent before you call. To find your thermostat’s serial number, pull the display off the base and flip it over. The serial number is above the QR code on the back of the display. Be sure to mention to the agent you've already tried restarting the thermostat.
