I installed 2 thermostats. Installation went fine and both are controlling the hvac units. I then down loaded and set up the Nest app on my android phone. All went well and I could see control both thermostats. A day later (yesterday) both thermostats now show offline in the app but show online at the thermostat. I have tried uninstalling the Nest app and reinstalling twice but no change in app status. All my other network functions/apps are working fine, so I do not see this as a network problem. Also in the app under the "house" icon it shows Offline but the next line switches between "home", "50 (current temperature) & Clear", and "offline" .
