Hello Driver139,

I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your Nest Thermostat that can't detect any Wi-Fi networks, and I appreciate your efforts in trying to find a fix. I'd love to know more about this.

Power-related concerns, Wi-Fi signal strength, or too much wireless interference are some of the possible causes of why it doesn't show any lists of available networks. To isolate:

  • Check your thermostat's battery level under the "Technical Info" settings.
    • If it drops to 3.7V, try charging the display manually using a USB cable for at least an hour.
  • Check for any message codes or reports on your thermostat's network settings.
  • Enable your phone's mobile hotspot and see if it detects your thermostat.
  • Could you provide a rundown of all the steps you've tried?

Please have a look at this article and let us know if you need more help.

Regards,

Mark
