Hi I can’t seem to fix my nest thermostat into the nest stand. The four hexagonal plastic bits won’t click into the 4 screw holes like they’re sposed to, which means the base sits proud of the stand and so the screws aren’t along enough to fit through the base into the stand. I got them separately but they are sposed to be compatible! Thx
