Hello I had a HoneyWell system installed and I switched over to the Nest. Im not positive if I have it wired correctly for my system because my house is not cooling and there is very little air blowing from the vents.
the system I have is:
lennox cbx27uh-048-230-6-02 (under the house)
lennox xp19-024-230 (Heat Pump outside the house)
Some of my concerns:

The only thing I would change is to move the Rh wire to the Rc terminal.
You want to use the outside labels on the old thermostat since you have a heat pump.
Does it heat okay?

I think so I did a lot of research and the wiring seems okay. But I'm still having the same issue. I'm going to have someone come out and take a look and update what they say here. Thank you!

Hey mattcosta,
I understand — having an HVAC technician or a local pro is indeed a good idea. Keep us posted.

Hey there,
It's me again — how's it going? Have you had the chance to have an HVAC technician or a local pro check on your system?
