Nest not going to Home Screen to enable temp to be changed

our Google Nest thermostat sticks in the setup screen to the heat link… how do we go back to the Home Screen?

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your thermostat. Can you send me a picture of that? Also, was the thermostat already setup? Do you have any error messages showing?

What's the colour of the LED on the Heat Link?
