Hi,
For two years our nest thermostat has been working well. We're doing a loft conversion and the nest was all taken offline and has recently been reinstalled.
For the first week we thought it was ok and working fine but there came this point where, no matter what we set the temperature to, the central heating was stuck on. I then turned off/on the boiler and re-paired the heatlink and nest.
Subsequently, I can't get any heat at all. You can set the heat on the thermostat and it will glow red as if to say it's now heating but the radiators are still cold.
As a separate issue, I don't know whether this is normal but I can't use the thermostat off its base. It will always say I have to reattach.
Does anyone have any advice?
