I have a (2) Nests in my house: one for the downstairs and one for the upstairs. The downstairs one seems to be working fine and always has full power, however my upstairs one seems to always need charging. I can tell because when I walk by it, it doesn't "come alive" like my other one and the the (2) sensors in my daughters' rooms go offline because they are connected to this Nest. There are (5) wires connected to this Nest: (2) white, (1) green and (2) red. One White for heating, one for cooling, Green goes to fan, and the Reds are connected to BOTH the Rc and Rh. Do I need to have them on both? Should one of those red wires be connected to the C (common) in order to get power? The downstairs Nest doesn't have a C connection, but it appears to be getting charged through the HVAC system anyway; this upstairs one doesn't appear to be getting charged, hence my manual charging every so often using a USB cord.
