I have recently installed the Net system and wired it correctly (according the manual, online videos and a very helpful Google call from tech support) but the Heatlink only calls for hot water when using the manual control.
I have set a schedule for both heating and hot water (not needed the heating yet) but the boiler does not turn on or hot water when the schedule runs, or when using the boost on the app.
Having transferred the wiring directly from my old programmer (to the correct terminals of the Heatlink) I cannot see why this isn't working?
Any help and guidance would be amazing.
