We’ve had our Nest learning thermostat installed today, using the Nest app on my phone (as my husband wasn’t home when it was set up). Now looking into setting up for my husband to also have control from his own phone and looks like we need to download the home app for this. Will all the same controls be there or will I need to keep both apps? Sorry if this is simple just a little confused and wishing we’d set up on my husbands phone first!

For sharing access, you'll need to download Google Home to invite your husband to your account/home so that he can have access from his account. You can keep the Nest App once you successfully send the invitation and share the home access to your husband so that he also has access to the thermostat.
