Nest power failure

Hi, my nest and heat link has no power and looks like a similar problem that a lot of people are sharing. Is there anything that can be checked or done or is a replacement required?

Hi, problem started 8th March. Power is no longer displaying on nest and the heat link has no light available. Looks like the common problem that has been reported. I am without heat in my home unless I manually drive the valves open myself.y neighbour also had the same issue and he got his 2 nests replaced. 

if this is a known issue, I would be expecting the same.
