Nest schedule not working

Hey,

We have set up our Nest Learning Thermostat and manually turning the heating on and off using the thermostat and the app is working correctly. However, the schedule is not working, I set a temperature of 21 celcius this morning and the heating did not turn on and indeed it was showing as 17 celcius on the thermostat. Do you know why the schedule is not being followed? I have tried turning off true radiant as I saw a note on another post so will see if that works later on today.

To better investigate the reason why the thermostat isn't following the schedules, I’d like to ask the following:

• What is the app that you're using to control your Nest Learning Thermostat?
• Is this the first time you've experienced this inconvenience when setting up the schedule through the app?
• Did you notice any changes when you turned off the true radiant feature?

In the meantime, I’d suggest the following:

• Verify the thermostat connection:
  • Check the app to see if the thermostat is online.
  • If offline, go to Settings > Network on the thermostat to ensure it's connected to your Wi-Fi.

• Review Schedule Settings:
  • Access the Quick View menu on the thermostat and verify whether a schedule was established by selecting the Schedule icon. For detailed instructions, refer to this article: Temperature schedules for the Nest Learning Thermostat.
