Nest sensor

Is there a sensor coming that WILL connect with the google home app and the nest thermostat?  I bought the old sensor but it is not compatible.

I have the newer one that is not the E or the learning.

Thanks for getting back to us. To let you know, the Nest Thermostat 2020 that you have right now is not yet supported by our Nest Temperature Sensors and only works for the Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd generation, and the Nest Thermostat E. You can learn more about this by checking out this article. There is no news or any timeframe for when our Nest Temperature Sensor will start working with our Nest Thermostat 2020, but stay tuned!
