Nest stuck on startup screen, reset not fixing it

My nest thermostat is stuck on the startup screen, tried resetting several times but it did not fixed it.

it worked perfectly for a long time, but out of nowhere it stopped working.

Have this same issue. Stopped all of the sudden. Can't get past startup. Ugh.

Yikes! I'm sorry to hear that your thermostats are restarting unexpectedly. Are you located in North America or Europe? What type of Nest thermostat do you have? And does your thermostat have a C wire connected to its base? Also, if you can get into the thermostat's settings, kindly check the power readings of your thermostat. Go to Settings > Technical Info > Power and gather the power readings of Battery, VOC, VIN, and lIN if you have the Nest Learning Thermostat and Nest Thermostat E. For the Nest Thermostat 2020, go to Settings > Equipment > Power and gather the power readings of VIN, IIN, and PS-*.
