Nest take out export missing months

I'm trying to track long term heating and cooling usage so I requested an export from the Google take out service, since the Nest history isn't long enough. After the export was complete I noticed that only 15 months were included but the earliest was 2022 December, so there should have been 25 months included. I requested a second export and what do you know I got 18 months this time with 7 being different. So I have 22 of 25 months now. Is this a known issue? Do I have to keep requesting exports and hoping at some point it'll include all of the missing ones?

I'd also put a request that the history from the nest app or website have more than 10 days of history.
