To determine the most effective troubleshooting plan, could you please provide the following details?

  • Is the thermostat set up in the Google Home app? If so, did you see any error codes during the installation process?
  • Is your Nest Thermostat currently connected to Wi-Fi?
  • What is the current software version shown in the Google Home app?
  • Have you already tried any troubleshooting steps (like a restart)?
