handmatig bedienen Google een mailtje gestuurd kan alleen maar terug sturen met een creditcard die ik heb

Thanks for reaching out to the Google Nest Community Forum. I’m sorry to know that your Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd gen is showing the error code W5. Don’t worry; I'm happy to help. 

Regarding this code being displayed on your thermostat, it means that this device is not connecting to any Wi-Fi network. Therefore, I can suggest performing the following steps: 

  • Press the thermostat ring to open the Quick View menu.
  • Go to Settings.
  • Select Reset.
  • Select Restart.
  • Then your thermostat restarts, and you can try to reconnect it to Wi-Fi. On your thermostat, go to Settings > Network and select the name of your Wi-Fi network.

If after attempting this step, the thermostat still is not finding a Wi-Fi network, the team would like to learn more about this behavior. When you get a chance, please fill out this form and let us know when you’re finished. We’ll have someone reach out to you via email from there.
