Regarding this code being displayed on your thermostat, it means that this device is not connecting to any Wi-Fi network. Therefore, I can suggest performing the following steps:
- Press the thermostat ring to open the Quick View menu.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Reset.
- Select Restart.
- Then your thermostat restarts, and you can try to reconnect it to Wi-Fi. On your thermostat, go to Settings > Network and select the name of your Wi-Fi network.
