 here are a few pictures of my old thermostat connected with the wiring.  My question is does anyone see a common wire?  If so can someone tell me which one it is?  I have bought the nest 3rd generation and I know that it will work without a common wire.  But if I do have a common wire It will work best if I connect the common wire to it.  Can someone please help me thank you so much.

@Stacia11

Is this a heat-only system or a heat/cool system?

Are there any labels by the terminal block?

@Patrick_Caezza It is a heating/cooling system with fan.  Also I do not see any labels on my old terminal block.
