Nest thermostat Reset

I recently changed out my home HVAC system to a new one & I'm having issues with cooling that I think may be related to the Nest thermostat. I don't think the installers synched the thermostat to the new HVAC equipment. Any idea who to do that?

Do you really have a 1st Gen Learning Thermostat? That baby is old.

Here is the procedure.

Restart or reset a Nest thermostat 

Use the instructions for the Nest Thermostat E or Nest Learning Thermostat (3rd gen or earlier)
