Nest thermostat app stopped working.

Wants me to “add device”. Thermostat is already added.

Hi MWM3,

 

Thanks for posting in the Google Nest Community forum. Is your Nest Thermostat visible on your account? If not, could you please check if you have multiple home structures, and see if your thermostat is there?

 

You can follow these steps to switch between homes: 

 

  1. Open the Google Home app.
  2. Tap the name of the current home.
  3. Select a new home from the drop-down. If a drop-down list doesn't show, there's only one home in the Google Home app.
