Nest thermostat blows heat intermittently and not cooling

So I moved into a rental house with a heat pump. Changed out the thermostat as I have done so many times before. Took a picture of the original wiring, connected properly. Now I cannot get it into dual modes (heat and cool). Have to have it on cool y2 and sometimes when it kicks on it blows heat not cool air. I have tried everything. I am at my wits end!

  • What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
