Nest thermostat compatibility with only black C wire and red R wire?

I'm not sure if my system is compatible or not. I currently have a Honeywell Home thermostat that only has a black C wire and a red R wire with a jumper wire to Rc. During set up, Google home tells me I need W or Y to continue, but I have neither. Is my system incompatible?

Sounds like the Honeywell is wireless and only has the power connected to it.

Are there other wires that are not being used?
