https://drive.google.com/file/d/1TZCinCjeNYD-cx3M6ygo1VXq20vDf-eT/view?usp=drivesdk I just want to make sure I'm reading the instructions correctly. My Rh/B and Rc/O have a thick red jumper wire connecting the two, but there is also a thinner red wire going to the Rc/O connector. Then I have a G, W, and Y with wires going to them as well. So is this setup compatible with my Nest thermostat? Thanks in advance.

Hello TWMac817,
Welcome to the Google Nest Community! It's good to see you here seeking answers for your system's compatibility with the Nest thermostat. I'd be happy to take a look at this for you.
I sent a request access from the Google Drive link you shared for your thermostat's wiring setup. Please let us know once granted so I can have a visual look and see how we can label it for the Nest Thermostat. Also, tell us the make and model of your HVAC system.
Regards,
Mark
