Nest thermostat compatibility

My Rh/B and Rc/O have a thick red jumper wire connecting the two, but there is also a thinner red wire going to the Rc/O connector. Then I have a G, W, and Y with wires going to them as well. So is this setup compatible with my Nest thermostat? Thanks in advance.
