How do I make a formal complaint about our Nest thermostat ? We are on the second one in just 3 years now and have been told today that we will need to pay £200 for another new one as our replacement for our first broken one is now broken after just over a year ! Absolutely disgraceful customer service. I have read so many reviews about fault after fault after fault.
You will not be able to complain to Google, as they are far to high and mighty!! Your best option is to take them to the small claims court if you are in the UK. Having said that, did you buy direct from them? Where did you purchase the thermostat?
