Nest thermostat constantly restarting could not complete the setup

I bought two nest learning thermostat for my two zones but one is working fine , the second one is not working as it constantly restarting and could not complete the setup. Due to some C wire issue I was using the old Honeywell thermostat and nest was not used. Now we fixed the C wire issue and tried to use the second thermostat. But could not get it worked as it kept restarting... any idea how to fix this restarting issue?

Hi Gladwin, 

 

Thanks for posting here in the Community forum, and I'm sorry to hear about the situation. I want to check if you are still in need of any help. If so, charge the thermostat display using a micro-USB cable, then let it charge for 10 minutes to an hour. After that, place the thermostat display back on its base, then proceed with the set-up.
