Nest thermostat cooling system not working

Hi, 

My Nest cooling system hasn’t been working for months. We bought it like 3 years ago. The first year it works pretty good. The second year it get worse.

The situation now is Eco mode is actually cooler than the cooling mode. We tried to not open windows after we knew that it might be one of the reasons that the cooling system doesn’t work.

• What troubleshooting have you tried so far?
• Did you get an error message?
• What kind of HVAC system do you have?
• Have there been any recent changes or upgrades to your HVAC system?
