Nest thermostat e doesn't connect to the app

He tries to connect the Nest thermostat E with the application, but it does not see it. I can't do anything on the thermostat because it only displays a logo informing about the need to download the Nest application.

  • How far is your Nest thermostat from the router?
  • Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near your Nest thermostat?
  • Are you getting any error messages or codes in the setup process? If so, please share a picture of the error you are getting.
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far?
