Nest thermostat e not displaying anything

I've brought a Nest E today and started the install on the Nest app, it told me to plug in the thermostat and nothing comes up on the screen and the app can't connect to it. I had one before that I sent back because of this thinking it was faulty can anyone help me please

Where are you located? 

The Nest Thermostat E is only available from Nest Pros in the U.S.

Can you post a picture of the original thermostat's wiring here?
