My Nest thermostat is failing to connect to my Heat Link and displaying H71 error. I have tried restarting the thermostat, restarting the Heat Link, restoring the Heat Link to factory settings, moving the thermostat closer to the Heat Link (approx 2m away) but each time the thermostat will not connect. The Heat Link has power and the LED lights respond as expected to resetting etc. Please can someone help as the only way I can turn my heating on/off at the moment is to go into the loft and press the button on top of the Heat Link manually.
