Nest thermostat failed; poor warranty; rude customer service

Just overall bad experience with Nest.

1. My thermostat failed after about six months

2. They referred me to a home repair service (Handy) that failed to show up for two appointments

3. When they replaced the device, they wouldn't give it the full warranty.

4. Interchanges with customer service were frustrating, useless, and at times rude.
