Nest thermostat has lost Wi-fi connection and wi can’t find network

My thermostat was fine for about a year. It has had no use since turning off the heating in the spring but now I want to use it, it can’t connect to my Wi-fi network. I’ve tried all options on Nest help pages including  network reset, manually typing in network name and password, router off and on, full nest thermostat reset. All attempts still result in not being able to find any Wi-fi network whatsoever. All other devices on my Wi-fi network are performing well!
