Hi there,
I recently added our hot water schedule for the winter in Ireland but the schedule is active and the thermostat is not heating the water. It has worked fine until now (installed 2016).
Can you provide a resolution for us? Hot water boost works fine.

Hi, yes boost works fine. The schedule seems to have worked this morning, but this was the first time in a week that I noticed. There was a message on the thermostat screens that I had to say "No Thanks" to around auto efficiency for winter. Perhaps this was overriding the schedule?

There is a possibility, yes. Can you please also check if the Auto-Schedule feature is on? Additionally, if the schedule has been added recently, there is also a chance that is still calibrating.

Hi Alex, I selected NO to the Auto Enhanced feature that was on my thermostats and that seems to have resolved the issue. Thanks.
