Nest thermostat showing delayed start and a countdown

Earlier today our Nest thermostat starting showing a countdown to turn on the heater. Once the countdown is up, the thermostat shows the heater has turned on, but nothing happens. The heater will not turn on. It does this for a few minutes before the thermostat returns to the countdown to start again. It just keeps doing this rotation and never turning on.

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. We're sorry for any trouble this may have caused you. Let's see what's going on. Other than the countdown, are you getting any kind of error message? Also, could you send us a photo of your current wiring and the make and model of your HVAC?

Mine is doing the same. I looked up trouble shooting and it only tells me to look at my history. I had too many stop starts scheduled. So I am trying to re-enter schedule to only 2 stop / starts daily and letting the eco take care of home away temps. We will see if this works
