Nest thermostat installation

For over a week now several appointments have been scheduled for my Nest thermostat installation.  They have all been cancelled, usually after the fact, and some were no-shows.  They seem to make the appointment and then hope that some handyman will accept the job.  That is totally irresponsible and super frustrating.

I'm sorry for all the experience that you have been having with these appointments. I understand that all your appointments have been cancelled and your Nest thermostat is not installed yet. If you requested his service through the Google Store, you will need to contact them using the Contact Us Form. However, if you requested this process with an external company, you will need to contact them to solve the situation.
