To gather more information, I'd like to ask a few questions:

• What model of Nest thermostat do you have?
• Would you mind attaching a picture of what you see on the display?
• Where did you install the Nest thermostat?
• Do you have other active Nest thermostats? If yes, do they show the same issue?

In addition, please check the signal strength of your Nest thermostat:

• Go to Settings > Technical Info > Network. 
• Look for the "Signal strength" value.
