Nest thermostat locked but don't know the pin

Just moved to a house and the nest thermostat is locked with a pin code that I do not have. How do I reset the pin so I can program the thermostat?

Hi Jake,

Yes, I found a solution so i could start the heating system... 2 months ago. I actually called nest and someone walked me through the whole process over the phone and it was solved very easily.
