Nest thermostat no long shows temperatures in the app

Hey Joeyd_19382,

Thanks for the photos you sent. Could you please go to your Nest Thermostat Settings and then turn the ring until you find the option for the Nest app to see for an exact message? After that, go to the app and check if you have multiple home structures. Your thermostat might be on a different one.
