Hi,
Our nest thermostat 3rd Gen Pro has suddenly stopped connecting to our WiFi. I have tried all the trouble shooting techniques and even tried checking and charging the battery however not having any joy. It is less than a year old.
There are no issues with our home WiFi as other devices can connect.
I have tried removing it from the wall and manually charging it. No change.
Any ideas what else I can do?

Oh no! I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with the Nest Learning Thermostat. Don’t worry; help’s here.
A few questions: what country are you located in? Does the thermostat display show any error codes or messages? Can the thermostat find other WiFi networks? Also, are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the thermostat?
If you haven’t done so already, please try this Nest thermostat troubleshooter and let me know how it goes.
