Nest thermostat not reading y and ob wires

I got a new internet today. When I hooked it all up all of my google devices needed to be reset, including my thermostat. I had to factory reset it to add it back to the app under the new Wi-Fi. When I did the restart it is now telling me that the y and ob wires are not detected. If it move forward after that screen it then blows the heater with the AC or maybe isn’t turning the AC on at all. We have checked all the wires, restripped and reinserted them, I have factory reset more than I care to say and this is not coming online. In true google fashion there is no one to call to get help and I am at my wits end. Please help, I don’t know what else to do.

Sorry that should say y and ob wires. Stupid auto correct.

Hello Kcamara,

I'm sorry for the trouble you're having with the undetected wires after reconnecting your Nest Thermostat to the new Wi-Fi network. I'd be happy to take a look at this for you.

To isolate, is a wiring report displayed on its screen? Can you share with us your thermostat's wiring setup? Also, gather its power readings in the Technical Info settings. This would help us determine the power voltage it receives from your system.

I'll look forward to your response.

Regards,
Mark
