Nest thermostat not wired correctly

we just moved into our house. We have nest thermostat. I am not sure if it’s wired correctly since it does not really hear. Can anyone help to see if it’s wired correctly. The colors don’t help.

One thing I notice here is that the Common (C) is not connected.
You'd need at least C and Rh for the thermostat to work.
Since your colors are off, you may need to check on your AC unit to see who's who here

The colors in the AC and the ones here do not match 😕 so it’s hard to figure out.

Sorry taking to long to respond. Turns out the motherboard has a coil that was bad! Thankfully it got fixed pretty quickly
