I think I know what happened. Going into the airing cupboard someone press the van that says don’t press test only and I think that’s set the heating on

Hi @SarahTibbs,

Thanks for reaching out to the community! It's completely understandable how frustrating it is when your Nest Thermostat is set to Eco Temperature at 18 degrees or lower, but your upstairs radiators are still blasting heat, especially when outside temperatures are 30 degrees. I appreciate the time you've spent trying to find the root cause. No worries, help is here!

You mentioned someone pressed the 'do not press, test only' button in the ventilation cabinet. Could you please confirm if that action resolved the heating issue?

I look forward to your reply.

Best regards,

Jenniffer
