Why if our Nest thermostat which is set to ECO (18degrees or below )are the radiators upstairs blasting heat when it is 30° outside! as if our house wasn’t hot enough!

I think I know what happened. Going into the airing cupboard someone press the van that says don’t press test only and I think that’s set the heating on

You mentioned someone pressed the 'do not press, test only' button in the ventilation cabinet. Could you please confirm if that action resolved the heating issue?
