Nest thermostat phone app malfunctioning

We have been gone several weeks from home. Now home, my Nest app on my iPhone shows one zone heating on (orange), but wall Nest stat indicates not heating.  Temperatures on this zone, and the other zones are all accurate.  Schedules all seem to be working correctly, only the app, for this one zone, is malfunctioning.

Sorry to hear about that, but no worries, help is here. Please try the next troubleshooting steps:

 

  1. Restart your Nest Thermostat
  2. Check for updates in the App Store
  3. Uninstall the Nest App and re-install it
  4. Remove the Thermostat from the app and set it up again. (Perform this step, only in case the steps above don't work)

Please try these steps and let me know how that works.
