Hello, I have a nest model a0013 that is no longer detecting any networks. I own 4 of these and am familiar with the setup and troubleshooting. I believe this unit's WiFi card has gone bad. How do I go about getting a replacement?
Thank you,
Chad

Check the warranty of your device first, or do you remember the exact year you bought it? You'll have to call their support for replacement, if your device is within warranty.

Hi there,
@loquacious_boy, we saw your post and wanted to chime in — I'd love to know more about it.
A few questions: are you getting any message or code on your thermostat network settings? Could you please give us a rundown of all the steps you've done. Also, have you tried the steps on this guide?
I'll look forward to your response.
Thanks for your help eveluna.
Regards,
Jenelyn

I contacted Google nest directly and went through all the troubleshooting. They said the WiFi card is not working and that's it's out of warranty. Their suggestion is to buy a brand new one. I informed them I couldn't afford a new one and they said that was the only option they could present to me.

Hi everyone,
@loquacious_boy I'm dropping by to ensure that everything is covered here. How's it going with your Nest Thermostat? Were you able to control your heating and cooling system while it's disconnected from your Wi-Fi network? In case you have an update, you know where to find us.
I appreciate the help, eveluna and Jenelyn.
