Nest thermostat reading wrong temperature

Please read and guide me my ac keeps running all day 24/7 like this temperature won’t come down until 7-8 pm when out side temperature drops below 70 even google customer care is not helping me

Thanks for reaching out to us, and I'm sorry to hear about the situation. 

By any chance, is there a set of schedule that your Nest Learning Thermostat is following? Also, please check for the Signal Strength value of your thermostat. Go to Settings, then look for Technical Info, and then tap Network. Under Network option is the Signal Strength value.
