Nest thermostat stolen in home invasion.

I need a new thermostat. Mine has long since been gone it stopped working a year ago. I tried to get a replacement and your customer service rep was being rude. All my attempts to explain my situation was met with an excuse or that he didn't have the authority to get me a new one. I'm super angry. My bill has gone through the roof cuz I've had to go back to the old unit. Obsolete... Im going to find someone high enough in your company. And I will get my new unit. Or I will be expressing my disparity and anger to all those who might have your products. They have to know that the team u place to handle customers has got a snotty and rude disposition. And that they should go elsewhere for the product. This is really frustrating. Please help me. I don't have the unit info or anything anymore. It has been so long since I have been helped in this Matter the info has been lost... I just need a new unit. I don't care if it's upgraded, updated. Newest model... I just need it replaced. It just stopped connecting then stopped getting power then died... I'm told that this is covered by u. And I'm just asking for what your people say I am entitled to... Ty

I wish you very good luck in your quest, and when you find ANYONE in Google that will help you, please let me know. Are you UK or USA?

Trying to find anyone higher than on the phone or chat, is a challenge within itself.

I returned a Doorbell which was faulty, with an agreed replacement, a month ago, I have not received the replacement, but they have stolen my doorbell as NOT returned. I have contacted that many times, I am on agent 15, and still nothing.

Search my posts, and you will see I asked for a BRAVE Google person to take me on, ''Brad'' was the brave person, and look at his reply!!! Pathetic.

I wish you good luck, but I would suggest you start hitting your head against the wall now, to get a better result.
